Welcome to my site.

My name is Simon Green-Fried.

As a fully qualifed employment specialist, Trainer, (PTLLS), Assessor, English Teacher (CELTA) I have been delivering  high-impact, results-oriented coaching and tutoring to individuals, groups and teams for more than ten years and have worked with executives, managers, entrepreneurs and creative professionals as well as unemployed participants on governnment training programmes in all manner of ESOL, Functional Skills, Pre Employment Training Courses and English as a Foreign Language programmes.

Teaching national and international students, from individual classes to private training centres and language schools across London.  A Facilitator of effective communication with people of all backgrounds with particular consideration for individual needs.

I pride myself in being a highly energetic and positive trainer that creates an instant rapport with clients and participants which, as well as successfully building on group dynamics, also ensures that all individual learning styles are catered for.

Having assisted in the delivery of Government Programmes such as: Gateway to Work, Train to Gain, Apprenticeships, The Work Programme, NEETS, PET Courses, Free NVQ Training for Schools I can also offer the following services: Apprentice and Student Recruitment and Work Experience placements as well as Marketing, Welfare and Activity Leading and Coordinating.
